As a Pride Link participant, I understand that…
1. Confidentiality is something Pride Link takes very seriously. I understand that no information about me will leave Pride Link without my written consent unless Pride Link staff has reason to believe that I am (or someone else is) in danger, for example:
If I am injured and require medical attention
If I am under 18 and reveal that I am being abused or neglected
If I indicate that I want to injure myself or anyone else
2. All services and groups are voluntary and I may withdraw from them at any time.
3. I will be contacted by a Pride Link staff member to schedule a video call to confirm my registration and review Youth Group program guidelines. Access to the virtual meetings and private Discord server will not be granted without the completion of this video call. This is to ensure the safety of all participants.
